Mercer baseball (38-12) split their doubleheader at Rowan at Gloucester, losing Game 1, 1-7.  Sophomore Anthony Peroni (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) went 2 for 3 with a double in a game in which the Vikings only managed five hits.  Sophomore pitcher Andrew DiPiazza (Bayville, NJ/Central Regional) suffered just his second loss in nine outings this season.
