Freshman men’s basketball player Torren Greene (Berlin, NJ/Paul VI) was named the GSAC (Garden State Athletic Conference) Player of the Week for the Week of January 26^th-February 1^st. In Mercer's 109-94 win vs Atlantic Cape CC, Greene scored a career high 37 points. In that game, Greene had six threes and went 15 for 21 (71% from the field) to help ¾«¶«´«Ã½ to a 101-94 win. In Mercer's two wins last week, Green averaged 26 points and shot 58% from the field.
