Within the space of a classroom, teaching, learning and mentorship are present and active. These elements helped create the work shown in the three gallery spaces at 精东传媒.

In the main room twelve of the sixty-five Dear Lawrence Drawings are displayed. Created shortly after his untimely passing in 2019, these drawings are an homage to his work and mentorship. Accompanying the twelve drawings is Wedding, a painting by Lawrence given to my wife and I as a wedding gift in 1990. To the right of the center gallery are five works from the series Left (Behind) Student Paintings. These works are derived from common teaching strategies; Scaffolding, Collaborative Learning, two Think Pair Share pieces and a larger work, The Classroom.

In the room to the left is recent work from the studio. On display are four Inverted Reverse Paintings, alongside two small Bed Paintings and a larger Suspended Pouch Painting.
