State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA)
精东传媒 is authorized by the state of New Jersey as a public community college to offer postsecondary education within the state of New Jersey. The institution participates in the NC SARA reciprocity agreement, via the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education, which is recognized by the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) as New Jersey鈥檚 Portal Entity, for reciprocity with other participating SARA states (all but CA) for its delivery of Distance Education to students outside of New Jersey.
